We may also provide access to property search tools, calculators, forms, blogs, and other real estate-related content.

Note: Use of our website and tools does not establish a brokerage relationship unless specifically confirmed through a written agreement.

Information provided through our Services, including any articles, calculators, market data, or suggestions, is intended for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice, nor is it a substitute for professional advice from qualified advisors.

While we strive to ensure all listings and information are accurate and up to date, Strike Realty does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any property or data displayed. Property availability is subject to change without notice.

MLS and third-party data feeds may contain errors, and users are encouraged to independently verify all information before making any decisions.

7. Brokerage Relationship

A client-broker relationship with Strike Realty is only established when both parties sign a written agreement, such as a Buyer Representation Agreement or a Listing Agreement. Until such an agreement is signed, no fiduciary duties shall apply.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Strike Realty. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing those services is done at your own risk.

9. Sensitive Data

Please avoid sharing sensitive information, such as your social security number, health details, genetic data, or anything related to your ethnic background, religious beliefs, or criminal history, whether through public posts, emails, or any other way. If you do decide to share any of this type of information with us, you’re giving us permission to use, store, and handle it according to the terms of this privacy policy.

12. SMS/Text Messages

12.1 SMS Program Description

Our SMS program delivers text messages for appointment reminders, event updates, receipts, customer service, and occasional promotional offers when you opt in. The frequency of messages will vary based on your interactions with our services.

12.2 Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the provided shortcode. Once you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscription via SMS, and you will no longer receive any further messages from us. If you wish to receive messages again, simply text “START” or sign up as you did initially.

12.3 Help and Support

12.4 Carrier Liability

Please note that carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

12.5 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply for both incoming and outgoing messages. The frequency of messages will vary.

12.6 Recurring Messages Disclosure

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide. Depending on your service preferences, you may receive regular recurring messages. You are not required to agree to this to make any purchase.

12.7 Prohibited Content

Our SMS messages will never contain:

Phishing attempts, smishing, or social engineering designed to manipulate you into sharing personal information

Any illegal content (all content complies with federal and state laws)

Content that includes sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, or any materials that violate federal or state law

12.8 SMS Opt-In Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Your SMS opt-in data and consent information will never be shared with third parties, except for necessary aggregators and service providers who assist in delivering SMS messages. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

13. Indemnification

14. Modifications to Terms

Strike Realty reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of the page. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami, Florida.
